Happy World Card Making Day! 6 Simple Stamping Cards with Seascape Stamp Set!

I have had the most fabulous day stamping and card making without a care in the world! Why? Because today is World Card Making Day!

I started off my day watching and creating along with Andre Gordon from Ringa Mahi - Crafts. Andre is a fellow Stampin' Up demonstrator in New Zealand, and he creates amazing projects! During Andre's Facebook live class I created the following one sheet wonder from a 12x12 sheet of Sweet Stockings DSP. I used coordinating colours Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler as well as Sahara Sand as a neutral colour.

Later in the day I really just wanted to sit and stamp, so I created another stamped one sheet wonder. This time I used the Seascape stamp set which I have been wanting to play with for a while now.

My inspiration for these next cards was my sister - she has numerous fishtanks and loves to raise fish and grow plants inside the fish tanks! My sister lives in New Zealand and I miss her dearly, so I wanted to create a card for her with this stamp set.

The colour combination this time was Soft Sea Foam, Soft Succulent, Sahara Sand, Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya and Mango Melody. These cards are a simple design with a very beautiful sentiment for the recipient to hear.

I ended up with 6 cards from my stamped sheet, one of which I will send to my sister and the other 5 cards I will send as RAK cards in celebration of world card making day!

I also created a quick YouTube video showing you how these cards came together - check it out below!
